What's the difference between the plans?

Start ($59) suits an owner-operator: 2 users, 2 employees, 1 truck. Pro ($89) adds billing automation and two-way texting, with 3 users and 2 trucks. Crew ($199) removes the caps entirely. Chemical tracking and the time clock are on every plan — you are never locked out of the compliance side.

What happens after the 14-day free trial?

You'll be prompted to enter a card and continue on whichever plan fits, from $59/month. If you decide not to continue, your account simply stops — no charges, no cancellation fees. We don't auto-charge without you knowing it's coming.

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

No. Create your account and get full access for 14 days with no card required. You only enter payment info if you decide to keep going after the trial.

How many users can I add?

Start includes 2 users and 2 employees, Pro 3 of each, and Crew is unlimited. Clients and properties are unlimited on every plan — you are never charged per customer.

What's the SMS pricing?

Start includes 100 outbound texts a month, Pro 500, and Crew 1,000. If you go over, you can add blocks of 500 for $15 each. Most businesses with under 300 active properties never hit the 500 limit.

Are there any contracts or annual commitments?

None. Month to month, always. Cancel anytime from your account settings.

Does this work for both lawn care and pest control?

Yes. SprayBossPro was built for spray businesses — lawn care, pest control, mosquito treatment, or any combination. The service types, chemical tracking, and waiting list work the same way regardless of what you spray.
